PV GAS appoints its new cadres in 2021

Basing on working requirements and cadre affairs of Trade Union, and the recommendation of PV GAS Trade Union, the counterpart at Vietnam Oil and Gas Group approved to appoint comrade Tran Xuan Thanh to hold position as the former’s chairman in the 2017-2022 term.  

Basing on PV GAS Party Committee’s policy and the implementation of the conclusion at “Conference on Cadre Affairs and the Corporation’s Representatives at other enterprises in 2021”, PV GAS rearranged cardes at its Management Office and affiliated units as well as members to train and challenge them. At the same time, PV GAS General Director appointed comrade Vu Duy Dong to hold positions as Chief of Office and Nguyen Thanh Minh as Acting Director of PetroVietnam Gas South East Transmission Company.   

Speaking as their new positions, the new cadres expressed their deep gratitude to PV GAS leaders for giving chances and being believed in handing over the great responsibility; wanting to continue getting the Corporation’s support and direction, as well as the collaboration, and to help of the latter’s affiliated units as well as members in working for the same target.

Speaking to congratulate and assign tasks for the two new cadres, PV GAS General Director Duong Manh Son affirmed: Basing on the Corporation’s working requirements in the current situation and in line with the Corporation’s restructuring process, the appointment is PV GAS’ assessment and recognition for dynamic, good-hearted working, and visionary cadres to strengthen its overall development career. This is one of steps to follow PV GAS cadre generations, who had contributed to its growth over last 31 years, to be ready to take over the great responsibility of the leading unit in the Oil and Gas industry.

The contributions of PV GAS Trade Union’s retired Trade Union Chairman Nguyen Van Hung and comrade Phan Quoc Nghia, who were dismissed the position as Member of PV GAS Board of Directors to become new Chairman of Board of Directors at Southern Gas Trading Joint Stock Company, was praised at the ceremony.
