Training course at PV GAS TRADING The program aimed at giving guidelines on how to approach, understand, and uphold values of a company, with diverse topics such as the importance of corporate culture and how it can promote the working environment, as well as how to foster corporate culture following a “One team, one goal” mindset.
During the session, attendees were also offered manuals and case studies to investigate how to establish and enhance corporate culture in the company. Additionally, in-depth discussions were conducted, all helping the participants to gain a thorough grasp of corporate culture.
