PV GAS Trade Union organizes a “PV GAS- My love” writing contest

Periodical major maintenance of Nam Con Son 1 gas system is carried out strictly once every 5 years to ensure the system’s safety and absolute reliability. According to the agreed plan between PV GAS and all partners in the Nam Con Son gas chain, TAR 2021 was done continuously on September 1-5 at Long Hai valve station, Nam Con Son Gas Processing Plant, and Phu My Gas Distribution Center located in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. During this period, the Nam Con Son Gas Processing Plant completely stopped receiving, processing and transporting gas. 

Specifically, 50 work packages with 113 tasks in TAR 2021 have been finished as the plan. Due to the complexity of the work and the large number of tasks, NCSP has prepared TAR 2021 since October in 2020. Especially, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic’s unpredictable evolution, NCSP faced a huge challenge in completing TAR 2021.

More than 150 people worked in TAR 2021 under "three on-site" and "one route, two destinations" models. They also were done antigen tests according to the regulations, strictly complying with the Ministry of Health’s 5K message and the PV GAS instruction on the implementation of preventive measures against Covid-19.

With professional efforts and non-stop creative spirit in working, TAR 2021 was completed after 3.5 consecutively working days, 1.5 days ahead of schedule and 2 hours earlier than the optimized plan. Since 11:30 a.m. on September 4, Nam Con Son Gas Processing Plant has been ready to supply gas to customers.
