Three contents which the shareholders gave opinions included: the Approval of Regulations on organization of the online General Meeting of Shareholders at Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation; the Approval of the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Sinh Khang from the position as Member of the Board of Directors; and the Election of Mr. Hoang Van Quang – PV GAS Deputy General Director as Member of the Board of Directors at Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation.
With 96.85 per cent of the total number of shares with voting rights, PV GAS General Meeting of Shareholders approved the above three contents.
