The Congress heard the reports of the Trade Union Executive Committee, including: The committee’s activity summary report in the 2018-2023 tenure and the direction and tasks in the 2023-2028 tenure; the review report of Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee in the 2018-2023 tenure. Representatives of the trade union team and members gave ideas for the congress's documents, programs and goals in the new tenure, especially the presentations’ contents at the congress.
Speaking at the congress, comrade Nguyen Van Be Ba - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Petrovietnam Gas Ca Mau Company shared, Trade union is the center of solidarity, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, to contribute to building the company’s corporate culture, and to complete the production and business goals in last years. He also directed the tasks and goals of the Trade Union Executive Committee in the 2023-2028 tenure and expressed his belief that the comrades of the Executive Committee in the new tenure will promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and enterprising, along with the common goal for the Company’s sustainable development.
