Article 1. Scope of application and acceptance of the Terms

These Terms apply to all organizations and individuals accessing or using the website and all content published on it, including text, images, videos, downloadable documents, data and interfaces. Accessing the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. Anyone who does not accept part or all of these Terms should stop using the website. These Terms do not replace separate contracts or agreements signed between PV GAS and any organization or individual.

Article 3. Rights and obligations of users

Users may view, search and download public content and send feedback to PV GAS through the channels published on the website.

Users shall provide truthful information when completing forms, keep any account and password issued to them secure, comply with Vietnamese law, and take responsibility for their conduct when using the website.

Article 4. Prohibited acts

1. Using the website to infringe national security, social order or safety.

2. Posting or spreading false, distorted or defamatory information, or information that harms the reputation of PV GAS or the honor of other organizations and individuals.

3. Impersonating PV GAS, its member units or its authorized persons; using artificial intelligence or editing techniques to create fake images, audio or video for fraudulent purposes.

4. Attacking, intruding into, scanning for vulnerabilities in, spreading malware to, overloading or disrupting the operation of the website.

5. Using automated tools to mass-collect data, copying the entire database, or accessing the website at a frequency that affects the normal operation of the system without PV GAS’s written approval.

6. Interfering with, reverse-engineering the source code of, or circumventing the technical protection measures of the website.

7. Sending spam, unauthorized advertising or content contrary to good morals and customs through the forms on the website.

Article 5. Intellectual property and reuse of content

All content on the website is owned by PV GAS or lawfully used by PV GAS and is protected under the Law on Intellectual Property. The PV GAS trade name, logo and brand identity may not be used without written permission.

Users may view, download and print content for personal, educational, research and non-commercial purposes; may quote a reasonable amount with attribution and a link to the original page; and may create direct links to the website.

Users may not republish entire sections or large numbers of articles, may not cut or splice content in a misleading way, may not use framing techniques that create a false impression of partnership with PV GAS, and may not exploit content to train artificial intelligence models or build commercial products without written approval.

Article 6. Information for shareholders and investors

Information in the Investor Relations section is published for reference. PV GAS’s official disclosures are those made in accordance with securities law through the systems of the State Securities Commission and the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. In case of any discrepancy, the officially disclosed content prevails.

Share price data, market indices and fuel prices on the website are obtained from third-party sources, are delayed and are for reference only. Forecasts, plans and orientations are not commitments regarding future results.

Nothing on the website constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, a recommendation or investment advice regarding PV GAS securities.

Article 7. Personal data and cookies

PV GAS collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Personal Data Protection Policy, in compliance with Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP. Users may block cookies in their browser, in which case some features may not work fully.

PV GAS never asks users to provide passwords, OTP codes or bank card information via email, text message or telephone.
